Vintage 54cm Carlton Flyer RoadBike FRAME & FORK 531 Reynolds

Vintage 54cm or 21" Carlton Flyer Reynolds 531 Steel Road Bike Frame & Fork that looks to be from the late 1960s or 1970s. The Size is: Seat tube 52.5m crank Center to top tube Center or 54cm crank Center to Top with a 55.5cm center to center top tube. The Head tube is 116mm tall and the Frame has 125mm Rear Spacing. The Frame and Fork's clearance is for 27" Wheels. The Frame and Fork are Reynolds Steel 531 Tubing with Flyer Lugs and Campagnolo Dropouts. The Serial # is on the Bottom Bracket N28XX. Serial Number is style was used on Reynolds 531 frame sets although the letter prefix is odd, I suspect this is bespoke frame set since it has a long top tube. The Frame & Fork are Used, the frame set has new purple paint, decal says Painting Specialites, Paint work is fair, has a few scratches & blemishes, may have small dents, top Tube is a tad wavy I presume no body work was done before paintwork.
